Return, Exchange & Refund Policies
Dr. Upagade's Herbals take utmost care in giving the best products to its consumers, in spite of that if the consumer is not satisfied with the products, the following are the general return and replacement policy applies to all items sold in by Dr. Upagade's Herbals.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

An item or items may be eligible for return or replacement if fulfils the following conditions: Was delivered in a physically damaged condition or was different from what was ordered.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email on info@nishaherbalonline.com within 24 hours of placing the order. You can also call our Customer Care on +91-9373116814 (Timings: 9:30 am - 5 pm IST), within 24 hours of placing the order. Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled.
In case of cancellation of the order within the timeline, you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument in 7-10 working days or as per the Bank’s guidelines.
Terms & Conditions:

All items must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging as delivered.

If package is opened or used those products are not applicable for return.

Information about the same should be mailed on the same day of receiving goods.

Return of products should be made within 7 days from receiving date.

Shipping charges and packing charges cannot be refunded in any case.

Customer should return products to the store own their own risk, no charges will be paid. Only the product value will be refunded.

Once the returned products reach the store with the above-mentioned conditions amount will be refunded within a maximum of 15 days.
Refunds(if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
late or Missing refunds(if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items(if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges(if applicable)
